can i buy the audi car 1997 model?

we r thinking to buy a used audi car of 1997 model. Many of the friends suggested about its maintenance charges and the mileage.

Is it advisable to buy? .

1. I would say no, overexpensive for what you get, very expensive to maintain.
   
   Unless you buy this kind of car brand new, stay away from it, my advice.
2. German cars are really expensive to repair. Make sure you can afford to fix it when it breaks.
